math.js 15.2.0 source and licence materials ------------------------------------------ math.js is the unmodified browser bundle from the published mathjs 15.2.0 npm package. Its SHA256 and the original package checksum are in SOURCE.json. The bundle contains CSparse JavaScript modules under GNU LGPL-2.1-or-later. The remaining components retain their respective licences. Apache 2.0 for math.js does not replace the CSparse licence. Licence and attribution files: LICENSE math.js Apache 2.0 licence NOTICE unchanged upstream math.js notice math.js.LICENSE.txt unchanged upstream extracted bundle notices THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt notices for bundled dependency modules CSPARSE-NOTICE.txt original CSparse headers and README notice COPYING-CSparse.txt complete GNU LGPL version 2.1 Corresponding source for the library, including its CSparse modules: src/mathjs-15.2.0-source.tar.gz src/math.js.map src/SHA256SUMS The source archive is the unmodified upstream v15.2.0 tag. It contains the preferred JavaScript source, the separate CSparse files, package-lock.json, the build scripts and upstream notices. The source map is copied unchanged from the exact npm package. All 655 math.js source modules embedded in that map match the tag byte for byte, including the 18 CSparse modules used in this bundle. The map also contains the source of the bundled dependencies. The complete source is offered at the same download location as the bundle under the licences recorded in those files. No account or payment is needed. MORELESS has made no changes to the math.js or CSparse source or executable. Rebuild the library in an empty working directory with Node.js 18 or later: tar -xzf mathjs-15.2.0-source.tar.gz cd mathjs-15.2.0 npm ci --ignore-scripts --no-audit --no-fund ./node_modules/.bin/gulp browser The result is lib/browser/math.js. These commands use the archive's own lockfile and build recipe. Dependency installation needs network access. They produced a byte-identical copy of the served bundle on 28 October 2026. SOURCE.json records that check. Future builds can differ if upstream build inputs or tools change, so compare the supplied checksums. To use your modified library, keep the public math API and replace the separate /assets/libs/mathjs/math.js file in your local copy, or override that response in your browser's local development tools. The application loads it as a separate script, including through importScripts in its math worker. No MORELESS signing key or checksum is required by that loader. The other scripts can continue to call the compatible math API. The licences permit the relevant modification and debugging rights. MORELESS terms do not restrict those rights. This source offer concerns these third-party components. It does not change the licences of unrelated MORELESS code. It is not an offer to support a modified library.
