Adobe AFM notices for the metric tables included in pdfcpu.wasm

The compiled Go sources identify Helvetica.go and Times-Roman.go. Their encoded
character-width maps match the two original Adobe AFM files recorded below.
Upstream transformed the AFM data into Go metric tables; the complete original
AFM font files are not embedded as files. These are metrics, not font outlines.

The original permission file is served unchanged as ADOBE-AFM-MustRead.html.
The original copyright and trademark records follow, copied without rewriting.
