MORELESS.TOOLS was born from a simple frustration - too many online tools are bloated, ad-infested, privacy-invading, or hidden behind expensive paywalls. We set out to create something different - a comprehensive toolkit that's genuinely free, private, and delightful to use.

Browse the tools
Visit the homepage and click the search box to open the Command Palette with all categories and tools. The "Explore all" button opens the full tool catalog, while "Popular tools" highlights the most-used tools displayed below. You can also press Ctrl+K (or ⌘+K) anywhere to open the Command Palette for lightning-fast navigation.
Use instantly
Click any tool to open it. There's no login, no setup, no configuration required. Just start using it immediately.
Customize your experience
Click the six-dots icon (Extra settings) in the header to access data management, bug reports, changelog, and more. Click Settings to open the Settings modal where you can customize notification filters, mode selector behavior, homepage landing, and Command Palette shortcuts. Your preferences are saved locally in your browser.
Mode selector
The Mode selector controls collapsible sections in tools. When enabled, you can collapse category panels (like the "Conversion category" in Unit Converter) to get more workspace - helping you stay focused on your current task.
Add favorites
Every tool page has a Tool tab on the right side with quick actions - including a heart icon to add the tool to your favorites. Click the heart icon in the header to view all your favorite tools anytime.

We believe that essential digital tools should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their budget, location, or technical expertise. Our mission is threefold:
Democratize access
Whether you're a student in Brazil, a small business owner in Indonesia, or a developer in Germany - you deserve access to the same high-quality tools as everyone else. No premium tiers, no "pro" features locked away. Everyone gets the full experience, always.
Respect privacy absolutely
We prioritize privacy in everything we build. Most tools run entirely in your browser (marked with a green CLIENT badge), keeping your data on your device. Tools requiring server processing are marked with a blue SERVER badge, and tools combining both approaches display an amber HYBRID badge. For server-processed files, we use encrypted connections and files are permanently deleted immediately after conversion. Every tool's processing type is clearly visible so you always know how your data is handled.
Make technology approachable
Technical tools shouldn't require a computer science degree. We design every interface to be intuitive for complete beginners while still being powerful for professionals. Clear labels, helpful hints, and guidance throughout.

The story of MORELESS.TOOLS started with a frustrating experience. We ordered business cards with a QR code linking to our contact info. A week after the cards arrived, the QR code stopped working - the "free" service had moved it behind a paywall. That moment sparked an idea - what if online tools were actually free? Not "free trial" free. Not "free with limitations" free. Just... free. We believe access to basic tools is a right, not a privilege. Here's how we sustain ourselves:

No guilt trips
We won't show you annoying popups begging to disable your ad blocker. We won't display passive-aggressive messages. We won't count down before letting you use a tool. That behavior is disrespectful and we refuse to do it.
