Overview
The Age Calculator computes your exact age and reveals fascinating statistics about your life. Beyond simple years, it shows health estimates, your age on other planets, and important life milestones. All calculations happen instantly as you enter dates.
Entering dates
The input form has two date rows - your birth date and the date you want to calculate your age at.
Find the Date of birth field
Look for the field labeled Date of birth with a cake icon. This is where you enter when you were born.
Enter your birth date
Click the date field to open a date picker, or type directly in the format shown (dd.mm.yyyy). Select your birth day, month, and year.
Add birth time (optional)
Next to the date, there's a Time (Optional) field with a clock icon. If you know your exact birth time, enter it here for second-precise calculations. Leave it as --:-- if unknown.
Find the Age at the date of field
Below your birth date, you'll see Age at the date of with a calendar icon. By default, this is set to today's date.
Set the target date
Leave it as today to see your current age, or change it to see your age at any other date - past or future. You can also add a specific time.
View results immediately
As soon as you enter a valid birth date, results appear below. No need to click a calculate button - it's instant.
Result display Main Result
Your calculated age appears in a prominent result box, making it easy to find.
Main age (big text)
The result box shows your age in large bold text: 33 years old. This is your age rounded to whole years.
Detailed breakdown
Below the main age, you see the exact breakdown: 33 years, 3 months, 30 days, 1 hours, 0 minutes, 0 seconds. Every unit is shown.
Date reference tag
An orange tag shows at Jan 3, 2026 (or your chosen date). This confirms which date the age was calculated for.
Cake icon
A cake icon appears on the left of the result box, reinforcing that this is an age/birthday calculation.

The result box has three action buttons on the right side:

The Your life tab shows birthday-related information and various time-based statistics about your life.
Find the tabs
Below the result box, look for the 4 tab buttons: Your life, Health stats, Planets, Milestones.
Click Your life if not already selected.
View the info cards
The first row shows 4 information cards with key facts about your birth and upcoming birthday.
NEXT BIRTHDAY card
Shows the date of your next birthday (e.g., September 4, 2026) and how many days away it is (e.g., 244 days (Friday)).
BIRTH WEEKDAY card
Tells you what day of the week you were born (e.g., Friday) with the full date below (e.g., September 4, 1992).
WEEK NUMBER card
Shows which week of the year you were born in (e.g., Week 36 of 1992). The calendar year has 52-53 weeks.
LEAP YEAR card
Indicates whether your birth year was a leap year (Yes/No). If yes, it notes that the year had 366 days instead of 365.

The second row on the Your life tab shows your age converted into different time units:

The Health stats tab estimates various biological activities your body has performed since birth, based on average human statistics.
Switch to Health stats tab
Click the Health stats tab (with a heart icon). The tab is highlighted when active.
View 8 health cards
You'll see 8 cards arranged in 2 rows, each showing an estimated lifetime total with the average rate below.
HEARTBEATS
Estimated total heartbeats (e.g., 1,262,204,640). Based on average ~72 bpm (beats per minute). Your heart never stops!
BREATHS
Total breaths taken (e.g., 280,489,920). Calculated at ~16 breaths per minute average respiratory rate.
BLOOD PUMPED (L)
Liters of blood your heart has pumped (e.g., 87,653,100 L). Based on ~5 liters per minute cardiac output.
SLEEP (HOURS)
Estimated hours spent sleeping (e.g., 97,392 hours). Based on ~8 hours per day average sleep.
MEALS EATEN
Approximate meals consumed (e.g., 36,522 meals). Calculated at ~3 meals per day.
WATER (L)
Liters of water consumed (e.g., 24,348 L). Based on recommended ~2 liters per day intake.
STEPS
Estimated total steps walked (e.g., 85,218,000 steps). Based on ~7,000 steps per day average.
EYE BLINKS
Times you've blinked (e.g., 298,020,540 blinks). Based on ~17 blinks per minute while awake.
Planets tab Planets
The Planets tab shows how old you would be if you lived on each planet in our solar system. Each planet has a different year length!
Switch to Planets tab
Click the Planets tab (with a globe icon). You'll see 8 cards, one for each planet.
Understand planetary years
A "year" is how long it takes a planet to orbit the Sun. Earth = 365 days. Other planets take shorter or longer, changing your "age" there.
Mercury
Mercury year = 88 days. You'd be much older! A 33-year-old on Earth is ~138 years on Mercury. The fastest orbit.
Venus
Venus year = 225 days. Still older than Earth age. A 33-year-old is ~54 years on Venus.
Earth
Earth year = 365 days. Your normal age! Shown for reference (e.g., 33.33 years).
Mars
Mars year = 687 days (~1.88 Earth years). A 33-year-old is ~17.7 years on Mars. You'd be a teenager!
Jupiter
Jupiter year = 4,333 days (~11.9 Earth years). A 33-year-old is only ~2.8 years on Jupiter!
Saturn
Saturn year = 10,759 days (~29.5 Earth years). A 33-year-old is ~1.1 years on Saturn. Just over 1!
Uranus
Uranus year = 30,687 days (~84 Earth years). A 33-year-old is ~0.4 years on Uranus. Less than half a year!
Neptune
Neptune year = 60,190 days (~165 Earth years). A 33-year-old is only ~0.2 years on Neptune. The longest orbit.
Milestones tab Milestones
The Milestones tab shows 18 significant life milestones - achievements you've already reached and ones still ahead.
Switch to Milestones tab
Click the Milestones tab (with a flag icon). You'll see a grid of milestone cards.
Understand milestone cards
Each card shows: Milestone name (e.g., "First birthday"), Date (e.g., "September 4, 1993"), and Status (Reached or In X days).
Reached milestones
Milestones you've already passed show a green checkmark with Reached label. These are your life achievements so far.
Future milestones
Upcoming milestones show "In X days" (e.g., "In 2414 days"). This tells you how long until you reach that milestone.
Early life milestones
First birthday (1 year), Starting school (~5 years), First decade (10 years), Teenager (13 years), Sweet sixteen (16 years), Legal adult (18 years).
Young adult milestones
Coming of age (21 years), Quarter century (25 years), Thirty & Thriving (30 years).
Mid-life milestones
Fabulous forty (40 years), Golden jubilee (50 years), Diamond anniversary (60 years), Retirement age (65 years).
Later life milestones
Platinum years (70 years), Three quarters century (75 years), Octogenarian (80 years), Nonagenarian (90 years), Centenary (100 years).
