MORELESS 2.0 brings a redesigned website, direct results in the command palette and connected file workflows. PDF tools, the QR designer and documentation have been reworked. Web tools remain free.

Design

  • Rebuilt the interface with shared controls, clearer layouts and consistent light and dark themes.
  • Updated layouts for phones, tablets and desktop windows, with controls rearranging to fit the available space.

Homepage & Command Palette

  • Get results for supported calculations, conversions and quick actions directly on the homepage or in the command palette.
  • Add files, choose a matching action and continue with the file or result in a dedicated tool.

PDF Tools

  • Expanded PDF workflows for arranging pages, editing text, annotating, cropping, adding watermarks and page numbers.
  • A shared editing workspace brings related PDF actions together, with previews and undo/redo.

QR Code Generator

  • Reworked the generator around a visual canvas for designing QR codes and labels.
  • Added a design library and controls for arranging the contents of the exported design.

Documentation

  • Rebuilt the documentation with guides for individual tools and PDF tasks.
  • Added video walkthroughs and a guided tour of the homepage and command palette.

Languages

  • Added Czech, German, Hungarian, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese alongside English.
  • Localized navigation, supported tool pages, guides and release notes.

New Barcode Generator tool with 23 types, label sheet PDF, serial range and GS1 parser. Plus fixes for Unit Converter and XML Field Extractor.

The biggest visual update since launch. A completely redesigned homepage loads faster and puts tools front and center. The search engine now understands natural language, tolerates typos, and expands synonyms. Every tool received visual improvements for better readability and clearer distinction between input and output areas.

Search

  • Natural language queries now work - stop words like "my", "to", "please" are filtered out automatically
  • Synonym expansion - typing "shrink" finds CSS Minifier, "make" finds generators, "old" finds Age Calculator
  • Abbreviation support - "b64" finds Base64 Converter, "qr" finds QR Code Generator, "doc" finds PDF Converter
  • Typo tolerance - "rezise" still finds Image Resizer, "jsn" finds JSON Formatter
  • Partial match - queries no longer require every word to match, so natural phrases work
  • Massively expanded tool aliases - Google-style search phrases like "jpg to png" or "how old am i" find the right tool

PDF Converter, Online Notepad, tool type badges, and command palette fixes

Two new tools join the platform - PDF Converter (hybrid engine supporting 19+ formats with batch processing, format mixing, and merge) and Online Notepad, our first tool built from a user request, with rich text editing, multi-notepad management, and bulk ZIP export. Every tool now displays its processing type. Command palette navigation improved.

New Tools

  • PDF Converter - hybrid conversion engine supporting 19+ input formats (DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, ODT, RTF, CSV, JPG, PNG, WebP, SVG, and more). Mix different file types in one batch, select specific pages, and merge everything into a single PDF. Documents processed server-side with 4,000+ fonts, images converted locally in browser.
  • Online Notepad - built from a user feedback request. Rich text editor with auto-save, multiple notepads, Find & Replace, emoji and special character insertion, and export to TXT/MD/DOCX/PDF with bulk ZIP backup. Your notes stay in your browser forever.

  • Tool type badges added - every tool now shows whether it runs Client-side, Server-side, or as a Hybrid

Command Palette

  • Fixed tool list right edge clipping when browser window is resized narrow
  • Browser back button now navigates back to categories instead of leaving the page
