Replay the product tour
The tour introduces the shared controls without requiring you to change a document.
Open the main menu.
Choose Tour.
Follow the highlighted controls or close the tour when you have found what you needed.
Suggest a feature or tool
A useful suggestion explains the job you cannot complete and the result you need.
Open the relevant suggestion or request action from the menu or feedback page.
Describe your goal, the missing capability and a concrete example.
Review the available fields before sending. Avoid including private documents unless they are needed and you intend to share them.
Report a problem
A reproducible report helps distinguish a broken control from an unsupported input.
Choose Report a bug from the main menu.
Describe what you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
Add an appropriate screenshot if it helps, after checking it for private information.
Review the report before sending.
