How to use it
Choose Arrange. Drag page thumbnails into the required order.
Click pages or enter Selected pages to choose targets. Use Duplicate, Add blank page or Delete selected for those pages. An insertion control between thumbnails adds a blank page at that position.
For rotation, choose Selected or All pages, then the angle. The angles are relative to the original page.
With exactly two input files, open Alternate pages to interleave them. Enable Reverse second when the second file contains back pages in reverse order.
Choose Save all pages, inspect the result and download it.
Select the pages you want to change
Selection identifies which pages a page action will affect.
Enter 1, 3 to select separate pages, or 1-3 for an interval.
Check the highlighted thumbnails.
Clear the selection before choosing a different set. Selection alone does not remove pages.
Move a page to a new position
The thumbnail order becomes the page order in the saved document.
Find the page you want to move in the thumbnail grid.
Drag its thumbnail to the new position and release it.
Read the new sequence. Use Undo if the page landed in the wrong place.
Turn a selected page
Rotate changes the orientation of selected pages. Other pages keep their current orientation.
Select the page that is sideways. In Rotation, choose Selected so the other pages stay unchanged.
Choose 90°, 180° or 270° relative to the original page. Choose 0° to return it to its original orientation.
Check the thumbnail and page orientation before saving.
Duplicate a page or insert a blank
A duplicate copies an existing page. A blank adds an empty page.
Select one page and choose Duplicate.
Check the additional thumbnail before continuing.
Choose the blank-page action when you need an empty page. Check where it was inserted and the resulting page count.
Remove a selected page
Removing a page changes the prepared output. Your original downloaded source remains separate.
Select the page you do not want in the output.
Use the delete-page action.
Check the page count and sequence immediately. Use Undo if you removed the wrong page.
Download and check the result
The result view shows the created output. Downloading a file and checking its contents are separate steps.
Read the output name, count and size in the result view. If processing reported a problem, return to the settings and correct it before continuing.
Choose Download and keep the new file separate from your original. If several outputs are packaged together, open the archive to find them.
Open the downloaded result in a suitable viewer. Check the pages and content affected by this task. Keep your original until you are satisfied.
Output and limits
Arrange saves all remaining pages in their current order as one PDF, including pages you did not select. Use Extract when the selection alone should become the output. An added blank page remains in the output until you delete it.
Automatic blank-page detection is not offered in this version. Review thumbnails and delete unwanted blank pages manually. Undo restores a deletion.
