How to use it
Choose Add signature and draw, type or import the signature using the offered options.
Place the signature on the required page and adjust its size and position.
Add Initials or a Date where needed, then inspect every placement.
Sign and download the PDFs.
Create a signature
A placed signature is a visible mark on the page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature.
Choose Add signature.
Use the offered drawing, typing or image option. For typing, enter your name and inspect its appearance.
Confirm the signature, then place it on the intended signature line.
Place the signing date
Date adds a separate date object that you can position on the page.
Choose Date.
Click the location where the date belongs.
Read the date and inspect its position before saving the signed copy.
Download and check the result
The result view shows the created output. Downloading a file and checking its contents are separate steps.
Read the output name, count and size in the result view. If processing reported a problem, return to the settings and correct it before continuing.
Choose Download and keep the new file separate from your original. If several outputs are packaged together, open the archive to find them.
Open the downloaded result in a suitable viewer. Check the pages and content affected by this task. Keep your original until you are satisfied.
Output and limits
This places a visible signature mark on the page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature and does not verify the signer’s identity. Each placement belongs to a specific page. Keep a copy of the unsigned original when you need one.
