How to use it
Click the page thumbnails you want to keep, use Shift to extend a selection, or enter a range in Pages.
Use All, None, Odd or Even to change the selection.
Choose Extract, inspect the result and download it.
Choose the pages to keep
Extract creates a document from your chosen pages. Start with a small selection you can check easily.
Enter 1, 3 in Pages to choose the first and third pages.
Look at the selected thumbnails. The second page should not be selected.
Use a range such as 1-3 when you want all pages from the first through the third.
Correct a selection before extracting
Changing the selection before export does not delete pages from your original file.
Read the current page numbers in Pages.
Replace them with the selection you actually need.
Check the thumbnails again before running Extract.
Download and check the result
The result view shows the created output. Downloading a file and checking its contents are separate steps.
Read the output name, count and size in the result view. If processing reported a problem, return to the settings and correct it before continuing.
Choose Download and keep the new file separate from your original. If several outputs are packaged together, open the archive to find them.
Open the downloaded result in a suitable viewer. Check the pages and content affected by this task. Keep your original until you are satisfied.
Output and limits
Extract saves only selected pages, in workspace order, as one new PDF. Pages may come from several input files. The other pages stay in your workspace but are absent from this output.
